Hi, I did a new server, but it don't works for other people.

OK, I downloaded the scripts, I applied them in the server, I added the server as 127.0.0.1:7777, as the random IP and works.
In the game appears the scripts, it was OK.
I looked here, www.whatsmyip.org and I copied ny IP, I added it on Favorites and at the end of my IP the typical :7777.
But the server didn't work, it told me Retreiving info...
What should I do?
My friends' servers works, but mine, don't work. Why?
Help me pls!

You need to give the IP from www.whatsmyip.org to a friend, only 127.0.0.1 will work for you.

I know that 127.0.0.1 works just for me, so this is the reason I tryed to play with my friends.
First of all I tryed to see if works, I wrote my IP and added :7777, but I told you, this doesn't work, it write that it "Retreiving info".
What should I do in this situation?

You make it sound like YOU are adding www.whatsmyip.org :7777 to your favourites.

But if you are giving it to your friends and it isn't working for them then forward port 7777.

Hmm, I think this is because of my fucking IP.
I have a friend, named Radu, he has a server too, at him works.
I told him to make a server for me, he made it and works.
But I tried to make it for myself, I entered on www.whatsmyip.org, I copied my IP, I added it to my Favorites and I put :7777 at the end.
And it told me Retreiving Info.
I made another server on another friend's PC and works at him too.But at me, don't work.
What I shoulda do? If I gave you my IP, it is necesarly for something?
What I shoulda do to make my servers to work?
I wanna play on him, it's a gang wars server.

Oh, yeah, and this is the server IP:
92.83.92.71:7777.

Maybe if you register it on Internet or on SA:MP, it works, I dunno.
