Compile error - Cannot read from file - elhanan - 27.06.2018

hello everyone im facing a problem in compile. now it looks like im missing kind of file

Does not exist. Please and try remove it cause you don't have the file named "action-text". and remove related code to "action-text".

Well that is not the solution. Surely it will compile, but the code will not work as intended.
The solution is to ask the one who gave you that game mode where to download the other file.

yea well im trying to compile a gamemode called S&S by southclaw. when i asked him he said use sampctl
and i dont know how to use it. someone can explain it for me?

not yet. it looks great so far. ive read a little bit
