Is there any code or smth for this forum we using now, I mean is it published or is it still private?

It's vBulletin, search for it and it will probably pop up. SA:MP forums uses an older version of vBulletin though.

SA:MP uses version 3.8 while vBulletin only sells version 5.x now.

It's vBulletin's version 3.x.x despite we can upgrade to 5.x.x, it's paid forums software not free like (myBB,SMF,etc).

Also vBulletin 5 is very much different from 3 and more expensive than Xenforo.
