As title says EXPLOSIVE BULLTERS, the only weapon support it is M4 but you can edit

I made the same thing with country rifle but people gave me bad responses and my filterscript was removed.

Yeah, because this is not a filterscript but a snippet. If it was a full system of different exploding styles, different bullets, different gun specialties, then I'd call it a filterscript. Your code and his code are snippets, so this will also get removed.
