[crashdetect] What should I do? - None1337 - 12.06.2018

I've updated my crashdetect to the latest and i've got this message:

[15:16:43] Failed (/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `CXXABI_1.3.9' not found (required by plugins/crashdetect.so))
I've opened a ticket from where i have my server hosted (linux) and they said that:

Package libstdc++-4.4.7-18.el6_9.2.x86_64 already installed and latest version
What should I do now, because the server still doesn't load the crashdetect (same message appears)
