I don't know why adri tde plugin won't load.

msvcr100d.dll

Place this to your samp directory and plugin will load without no problems

I'd say hell no to that, as you should just install the runtime correctly rather than trusting some pre-compiled dropbox upload.

its not pre-compiled it is already installed to my C:\windows dont act so smart

A DLL, is compiled... You're an idiot.

OP if you need the runtime, install the right one from Microsoft rather than trusting a DROPBOX download of an EXECUTABLE.

And if you really cbfed to search the right runtime, then install all of them...
