RCON Command through PHP file - Vennox - 03.06.2018

Hello, i wonder if i can get this(click) in a php file.
For example, if i go to the link http://www.mywebsite.com/rconcmd/gmx or something like that, it will send the 'gmx' command into the rcon console and restart the server from that link. It is possible?

You will need SSH or something for that, I suggest using discord connector to use !restart or anything in a special channel.
