What is the big bug - radi - 12.02.2009

i am a noob scripter
i am driving pen ls on my server with some edited things and i keeped the credits in it
but everytime some hacker come in my server and do something that let banned the other guy for minigun hacking
like
he shoots whit minigun but i get banned
how can i fix this

at the very least we need to see the code that bans someone for having a minigun
