plugins fail to load - div - 27.05.2018
plugins fail to load, also i'm unable to install visual c++, it gives me error 0x80240017, can someone help me how to fix this error? also, while loading a plugin, it says MSVCP140.dll is missing..

Download MSVCP140.dll.

If you are unable to install C++ runtimes too, I'd say get a computer expert and get your system formatted and reinstalled with latest Windows updates. You may have corrupted your system or something.

Uninstall the current installation of VC 2015, then do updates on your windows until it's up to date, then reinstall the 2015 runtimes.
If you don't have a legit version of windows, then there's a problem there.
