what's the difference between global textdraw and player textdraw ?

when global textdraw text is changed it will be changed for everybody who has textdraw open,
but player textdraw text can be edited per player.
example usage for global textdraw is clock and date, but player textdraw usage is for example speedometer, where everybody have different values.
