2.)from begin...how to script cars...exemple,cabbie is allways ˝spawning˝ on same place and just taxi drivers can drive it??

2. Go to your san andreas folder find samp debug , click run debug then u spawn a cabbie like this u type in console /v 420 that will spawn a cabbie... then u enter it drive it where you want and press /save cabbie ... its an example.. godluck

wait the sec do i need to have server?? i dont have it i try it just u tell me and i came to debug again and it's not therewhyi dont have server.that make some problems??
