When I enter... - T.I. - 11.02.2009

When I enter on Novocaine I see this:
"You are caught in rangeban"
What can I do? I wanna play on this server, I think they banned me because they think I am a bad guy from their server...Please help, help, help, help me!!!!!!!!!!!!
