Did you make sure your AV/Firewall isn't blocking SA:MP or the "GTASA.EXE"?

йcoute soi ton serveur est hors-ligne, t'as pas la bonne version de SA:MP, que t'as pas la meme version de SA:MP que le serveur ou qu'un firewall (parre-feu) bloque l'accиs de SA:MP a ta connexion internet
