Check MySQL logs if there is an error. There could be one or more.

Have you tried plain R40, not R41?

We need compiler output, or server logs to show what's really occurring.

the main problem is not having any problems (Errors/Warning etc)

I would suggest you to write your own house system, because when you want really to make server, what has players then you would need to do that.
