Some plugins are not loading on Windows Server 2012 - ashhadali - 18.04.2018

Hello there,
I am facing some issues with my server that is some of the plugins are failing to load, I was running the samp plugins on my Linux server and It was working perfectly but when I shifted it to my Windows VPS it's not working.
Some plugins are loading and some aren't

Runtime issues usually cause this... You need to install the runtimes that those plugins require.

This problem is solved now and this problem was occurring because of the the Visual Basic, after I installed that the server starts working just perfectly.

If you installed Visual Basic to fix this, why? All you needed to do was install the runtimes...
