I like the idea but where you gonna get all the prisoners pictures, how about connect it to a skin, simply add the gta-sa skins/vehicles images in for the criminals and vehicles.

here you can search (at Arestari Efectuate, first table) how many arrests did an officer, ex search Dunstan Robina or search Los Santos Prison (to see how many arrests have been made in LSP)
