XSF Login Error - TaiRinsuru - 03.04.2018

Yes its XSF Script.But that is not the problem,the problem is when every time i login to the server there is no register box appearing.Is it because of MySQL problem?And i m using my hosting provided mysql should i add "localhost" for my mysql?

My mysql info :
MySQL IP : localhost
MySQL port : 3306
DB name : nope
DB User : nope
DB Password : and nope
Phpmyadmin : http://185.12.178.71/phpmyadmin/
privileges : ALL

Debug your code, and check the logs for where it stops working. It's most likely a connection problem.
