I've tried mysql.so and mysql_static.so but it couldn't run the server gamemode.

Mysql.so is updated aswell as its include, i've been trying to fix this but couldn't do something cool to it still not running.

libmysql.dll this will come with you mysql plugin, upload it in your root folder(not plugins) and also try using mysql_static.so and use mysql r39-6 version.
