Admin area - CAMERON_BANFIELD - 10.02.2009

Hi, i a making an admin area for LVL 1 admins and i wounder how i can make it so if they are lvl1 admins they can go in!
I know how to make it kill if they are not rcon but i dont know how to do this!
I am using seif admin and i realy need this ot work!
