MySQL Hash Problem - LegendAbdullah - 23.03.2018

Hey Guys!
Today I have the big problem of my server which I dont want though
Whenever I register in my server It shows this password
But I dont want this password, I want real passwords in my server, So please tell me that How I can fix this problem
Here is my SQL File:-
