iv'e been wondering for few while what means this symbol ' register ',
what it's purpose is? any clue

tl;dr: It usually means to save your username and player data (such as kills, deaths, score, inventory, vehicles, configuration) for later use.
Usually this is done with a password which restricts other users from using your name and accessing your data.
And in some cases you have to provide your e-mail adress, which your new password will be sent to incase your account gets hi-jacked or you forget your password.

it's purpose it is to annoy new scripters.

I Believe there is no use for it. Its more a PAWN question than a samp question. I thought you asked what the word meant in general.

I think Pawno just shows it as blue, but I don't think it has any meaning in Pawn language.

ahm i see friend anyway thanks for your help by your side ill continue doing re-search for it maybe ill find a solution to my problem and showing what it can bee useful in sa-mp scripting..
