Vehicle Spawner - Lixyde - 09.03.2018

So as title says, i want code for command /car <carname> and to spawn a car.
In full, i want a command /car <carname> and to spawn me a car, then to make to say that this name car isn't available, or use: /car <carname> and after that "You spawned <carname>".
