Ban/Warn System DINI - KamilPolska - 09.03.2018

I need help. I do not know how to make the Ban / Warn system DINI. Example Commands:

Online Player:
/ban [id/name] [days] [reason]
/unban [id/name]
/warn [id/name] [reason] / 3 warnings = BAN e.g 30 days.
/unwarn [id/name]
/banperm [id/name] [reason] / Ban Forever

Offline Player:
/banoffline [username] [days] [reason]
/unbanoffline [username]
/warnoffline [username] [reason] / 3 warnings = BAN e.g 30 days.
/unwarnoffline [username]
/banip [IP] [reason] / Ban Forever

How, plz. Command ZCMD and save DINI
CMD:ban
CMD:unban
CMD:warn // warnings 3 = ban
CMD:unwarn
