tde unknown command idk errors. - Osamakurdi - 07.03.2018

I just installed TDEditor but when i type cmd /tde it gives me unknown command.
so i just installed crachdetect plugin and i've got these errors on log:

Also when i run samp-server.exe its gives me error:

The program can't start because MSVCR100D.dll is missing from your computer.
I downloaded
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable

Solved with just download that missing dll.
