I need help, want to create a gamemode from zero - Mathias_Perdomo - 09.02.2009

Hello, my name is Mathias. I am a Fanatic of the SAMP whom it would like making a gamemode of roll that does not base not on the moderntropia not in gf.
They might help me to say as it becomes a gamemode, with some manual or something.
And if they can give me useful programs to make a gamemode they would be grateful.
Help to a beginner as me...
