It's not working on the newest version of sa-mp as far as i know. Plus it really needs your PC to be powerful.

You shouldn't make a new topic only for this matter, really. There is a 'photoshop work', or something like that, topic already. Btw the pic looks fine for a scratch, the only thing you did was to crop the picture, add lines over it and add a text on it with a cool font.

5/10 for a half-finished job.
