Visual Studio Code for Mac - Mo123 - 28.02.2018

I would like to compile my script by pressing a certain button, but how am I able to do that on my mac? I have only found tutorials on windows.

I have tried following this tutorial:

but whenever i press F5, it says: "No build task to run found."
