Hello guys, i'm sorry if i'm posting this in wrong section.
I'm going to ask the dumbest question, i know..but i've never seen how this goes.
I saw the thread by the friend, and i kinda like his ucp. So, i'm trying to see how this goes..
but the thing that i don't know is what program and how should i do it.

Well, this UCP is not suggested to be used from newbies on PHP coding, it requires some knowledge. So if you are a newbie just skip it. Now if you still wanna use it you will need to edit the MySQL's connection to your server's database, both of databases must be in the same host or you will need remote MySQL connection. So after editing MySQL's connection stuff you will need to edit the queries in every single file (Tables, fields etc.), this is why I am saying that it is a bit hard to use. |

For the design you need HTML, CSS and possibly Javascript and for securely connect it to your server database you need to learn PHP for the back-end.
