Mapping Help - Fais - 24.02.2018

Hello,whenever I try saving my map at MTA it shows me a short text wrote in it (You cannot save this map because world is loading) Something like that, Any fix?

I would suggest getting that help from the MTA forums, haven't used MTA in years.

I can also suggest easier map editors:

If you can run GTA SA (and SAMP) you will be able to use at least Texture Studio. Texture Studio is an ingame editor, like MTA.
