All u need is practice and inspiration.learn to use texture studios.before starting a map,check some pics on ****** of the real thing to get details.U can give a look at my bar to get some bases for you to improve yours.
this bar is too big,too empty,there's no life,no decorations.U could've added some windows,more Tv's,trash cans, a kitchen,lights! As it is now,doesn't look good.
Try puting some decoration or even texture it, use creativity.
try to add more objects if you want to keep it big,or make it smaller.
You have a basic layout, it's way too big with such little objects; maybe making the bar area smaller, add some booths, pool table.
What you can look to add is a bathroom, a managing office and maybe a store room for the liquor and other supply items.
Also to make this map much more lively, you could use Texture Studio by Pottus to add more colour to the map.
