when i open samp-server its gives me vcruntime140.dll is missing from ur computer
after that sscanf failed loading

my server folder is actually new , Lets add info i just get this error after using sublime 3 and it compile

it was caused by Microsoft Visual Runtime Library
fixed by downloading the vcredists.
