i downloaded gta sa and it doesn't work as online what should i do i took a vedio can you tell me the information you want so we can fix it? + it works so good offline without any problem

Chances are though you need to install the directx redist that comes with GTA SA. (DX9)

do you think the problem in my gta sa cuz i downloaded it from website called fit girls repack may be cuz this problem or what?

'Already running' what? DirectX 9?
If you haven't actually installed it manually then you're just assuming it's installed properly. (That DirectX screenshot, doesn't look like 9... You need 9.0credist.)
You'll also want to go buy the game, as then you'll have a clean version to install, not just whatever is with the downloaded version you grabbed.

As per i think if crashes?or any stuff
Download DirectX 9 at least ,downl SAMP with all files,try reinstalling them ,check date/time

In your folder it shows dinput8.dll, this shows you have files in places they shouldn't be.
Clean install... Don't trust what just installs good.
It's not that much in steam ow and the downgrader patch works for it, mostly.

downgrade patch made it crashing ....
i will download gta sa from any cyper coffee that run online on it i will repley if i meet any problem

It really is better if you get it legally. It's not that expensive.

Did you even try to reply about how I said before about DirectX 9.0c needed to be installed, and that that version you had didn't look like 9.0c.

It shows 9999 ping in sa-mp client, check your Internet connection, give the router a restart, scan your PC for viruses, and make sure you downgrade GTA SA using this: http://gtaforums.com/topic/753764-sa...as-downgrader/
