Do webhost have, udp port open because it would be easy to make many samp server.
Reason for asking:

Chances of them letting you run a samp server on them, 0%

You would be lucky to run a Teamspeak server off of one, let alone a server.

because hosting servers is very resource usage heavy.
hosting 1 samp server may use as much resources as 100 websites, for example.
