i want to know how can use textdraw with supports thai language in my sa-mp server

I don't understand what you said, as far as i know that's scripting help not scripting request and people out there are not machines that works and give codes to everyone. Just provide and show them what you did on your own

you can't use Thai language here dude, it's only supports English language.
the letters,numbers and symbols are placed in models/fonts.txd, it's called from data/fonts.dat with proportional numerics.
so you can only use letters, symbols and numbers from this (depends the font u use):
