0.3.DL with bugs of 0.3.8 - Locky_ - 26.01.2018

I believed that when released, bug fixes would be made from which they were reported. But nothing was done at this time.

If development is not given importance, then clearly this version will not be used by the players.

So it is a waste of time to use a version that has many bugs that the developer is ignoring.

The version name changed from 0.3.8 to 0.3.DL, everything remains the same

I'm guessing R2 is to come sometime not too far away. This is probably just the base version for compatibility reasons.
