People used to nag the beta testers especially Dugi, this is no guarantee he'll do it though. If I were to ask I would ask on SAMP IRC as it's mostly dead now besides dugi. The IRC is: pool.irc.tl channel #sa-mp

Changing names from time to time can be fun but just don't forget that the creativity lays not beneath your name but beneath your peronality. Creating stupid posts, and acting all shit won't apply any shine to your name even if it sounds creative enough to say so. Just don't focus on your name, focus on what you do.
After all there are 6.000 + active members on this forum, if 200 of them send a PM to dugi, none of them will get a name change.
