Better Sync - MyUndiesSmell - 15.01.2018

What are some tips/settings that would help achieve better sync as far as hit detects. Rather than the obvious "Get a stronger VPS" anything as far as script wise I can do?

set sleep parameter to 3 on your server.cfg
EDIT: Don't go below 3 tho.
