HELP PLEASE - 5STAR - 05.01.2018

So i'm trying to compile a gamemode script and it shows me this problem

so i tried to delete #include <AC_Balkan_Security>
And it shows more problems

I don't do this much, but I actually found the release for it on a russian site i'd rather not link directly, but here's the download for it.
