Here's a tutorial about how to use y_ini and to auto save tune you should do it OnVehicleMod BUT NEONS ARE NOT COMPONENTS! they are objects, so if you want to add neons to a car you need to use CreateObject and AttachObjectToVehicle AND you don't need to save it as it is not a component id so it won't even disappear after the vehicle respawns it only disappears the moment a vehicle gets destroyed, if you DO destroy vehicles then you can save the neon that's created the moment it gets created and load it when the car is created again through the tutorial i mentioned in the beginning of my post.
