I don't have any problems, but I didn't test it with that many people. We were only 3.

If only some people see this, it's probably some gta:sa mod causing it. If everyone on the server sees it, it's most likely something to do with a walking style modification in the script.

I think only player custom ped.ifp cause this. I will talk with video author and check if it has this mod.

Done, the player had the .asi called "crashes" that prevented some game crash. This was the cause of the problem.
