Minimum requirement for server SA:MP - Corin - 27.12.2017
Hi guys, I would like your opinion, I would like to know if a VPS supports a SAMP server with a RP / RPG gamemode with an average of 100 players online.
VPS Configuration
Processor: Intel Xeon E5 E5-1620v2 3.9GHZ
RAM memory: 1GB
Hard Disk: 40GB

I imagine it should. SAMP is very resource light.

2 GB Ram is enough to make a sa-mp server.

1GB RAM is enough for a SAMP server for 30 or may be 40 players. considering it has less resources to load i mean like cars, custom maps etc, your VPS should do just fine but if possible get 2GB RAM so it provides enough memory for system and server to run simultaneously.
