i HIGHLY doubt starting here will benefit you anyhow, start with SA-MP wiki and read the functions & callbacks and understand what does what and keep reading articles, you'll get there but coming on here and typing meaningless posts and waiting for a magical answer to solve it won't happen. Pawno doesn't compile because you or whoever made the script made a mistake, we can't guess unless if we see the code but still that won't help you much, gl.
