Hes using GodFather, Its like the only one with the OOC chat.

For example, when we open the server is open. I want to be closed. Not in the game because every time admin. Restart will open and everyone is rolled ooc chat. So you want automatically closed.

do you mean that after you start your sever any player can use the ooc or you want to block ooc?
