Help me set value mysql on gamemode - ducmcmca1 - 22.12.2017

How to set value pInfo mysql gamemode when the 12:00 P.M
e.g: I have pattendance,
I use command /attendance >> pattendance = 1
When the 12P:M attendance = 0, Member Online + Offline Set Value attendance = 0;
Help me!!!
