[Bug] dff model block - ][Noname][ - 19.12.2017

If you install other skin model with same name
and block file for changing with <only read>

samp will load other model withour error messages

tested only on skins

EDIT: it's happened without only read parameter, there is no file check at all
good for cheaters

or for mods?

EDIT2: there is another problem
any server can create own installation samp/or other mod with bad/crash dff for other server!
