[kdff] Make Col error: 2 :( - UndertakerLegend - 17.12.2017

I'm trying to make a colission file with the .dff file that i have converted from a Sketchup model that i've downloaded. When i open the kdff to make the colission appears a error message like "Make Col error: 2". I already made the .txd file too.

Obs 1: Sorry for gramatical mistakes, i'm not english fluent yet.
Obs 2: I'm beginner in 3D area and i don't have much experience with that.
