Strange SSD storage problem (space) - davve95 - 08.12.2017

So, I was about to see what's using all my disk C disk (SSD)
I have moved alot of programs and files to my other HDD.
Still it's very full. And I can't view pictures and use Photshop as it's that full..
I have tested clean disk program (built in in Windows 7)

But it didn't helped, I got less space available instead.....
I had 287 mb, and then I did a clean disk, and I got 40 kB instead.
I tested with re-starting my pc aswell, atleast it did got a little better, because
it's 1,22 gb now.

I got back checking clean disk, since it was not that great result.
And things was not cleaned so what went wrong?

I hope this thread is readable, since I wrote it really fast.
I'll correct it more when I have time!

Download treesize and see what is taking most capacity

Edit: Forgot to mention the size, it's 111 gb.

Check the S.M.A.R.T data & run tests on it with CrystalDiskInfo, it could be going bad.
