Hello , I checked on Westies beautiful site if my server was master list and it was and "Connection to server" failed and Now i wonder if i've forwarded my ports heres a pic

You need to use UDP & TCP, so you need to choose BOTH not any...

actually, SA-MP only uses UDP, afaik.

Isnt the announce feature using tcp?

You don't need to forward ports for outgoing connections.
