If I attempt to join, I'll receive the following before the server shuts itself down, with no record of having done so or reason as to why described in the console.

was you scripting server with windows? then i think your hoster is on linux, you have to put .so files inside not .dll because linux doesnt support .dll
if your hoster is windown than idk whats issue, what hoster do you use?

Load crashdetect first so you can get information about the server crash. In server.cfg

You're also using an old version of the sscanf plugin. It is always best to be up-to-date.
