Libmysql error - Grintch - 18.11.2017

Hello! When I open a Mysql server I got an error from libmysql.dll, but I have it on my PC. I installed it 4 times, and the error shows every time. What can I do?

Have you placed it in the root folder (where samp-server.exe is located)? Placing it in the plugins folder is wrong.
